At OctoGate, service is a top priority. We sell our products as part of a “Managed Service” package, which includes both software updates and German-language support directly from the manufacturer. We are also happy to handle product configuration, offer training and webinars, and proactively maintain the systems: we take action before a problem arises.

In addition, OctoGate has been active in the education sector for over 10 years through SCHULFIREWALL.DE. In addition to framework agreements with the Baden-Württemberg State Media Center, this has led to numerous partnerships with providers of classroom management systems, in which we often play an integral role by providing interfaces and school-oriented solutions.
