The outdoor model is designed for businesses with high bandwidth requirements. Based on the latest Wi-Fi standard(Wi-Fi 6), you can now connect outdoor areas and integrate them into thecompany’s Wi-Fi network.

The AX-3550 outdoor access point can be installed quickly and easily and integrated into the existing network. This makes it simple to provide Wi-Fi coverage for key outdoor areas such as courtyards, sports fields, and parking lots. No costly coverage assessment is required. The devices communicate with each other and automatically adapt to the conditions. This prevents mutual interference and ensures efficient use of available frequencies.

Once connected to the internal network, the AX-3550 automatically connects to the optional OctoGate firewall as well. This applies to both the local and all of our cloud-based OctoGate solutions. The device operates in both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands and offers high data transfer rates in both. The four external 6 dBi dual-band omni-directional antennas provide coverage of up to 400 meters. With a user capacity of 500 and 1024 MB of RAM, you are well-equipped to handle the demands of everyday work. Like all OctoGate indoor access points, the device comes with three preconfigured networks. Login is handled via WPA2 or WPA3 encryption, an X509 security certificate, or the voucher system.
