The Outdoor model is designed for businesses with low to medium bandwidth requirements. Based on the latest Wi-Fi standard (Wi-Fi 6), you can now connect outdoor areas and integrate them into your company’s Wi-Fi network.

With the AX-3050 Outdoor Access Point, you can provide Wi-Fi coverage for key outdoor areas such as gardens, courtyards, sports fields, and parking lots. It features both LAN and WAN ports, allowing for quick and easy installation and integration into your network. There is also no need for a costly coverage study. The devices communicate with each other and automatically adapt to the conditions, preventing mutual interference and ensuring efficient use of available frequencies.

The term “plug and play” takes on a whole new meaning here: Once connected to the internal network, the AX-3050 automatically connects to the optionally available OctoGate firewall as well. This applies to both local and all of our cloud-based OctoGate solutions. The device operates in both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands and provides sufficient data transmission in both ranges. The four external 6 dBi dual-band omni-directional antennas provide coverage of up to 400 meters, and with a user capacity of 300 users and 1024 MB of RAM, you are well-equipped to meet your business needs. Like all OctoGate indoor access points, the device ships with three preconfigured networks. Users can log in via WPA2 or WPA3 encryption, an X509 security certificate, or the voucher system.
